Ceremony Summary

Step into the mystical and transformative realm of the Scorpio Full Moon on the evening of May 11th, as we gather in sacred space to honor the depths of our inner world. Known for its intensity, truth-seeking nature, and capacity to catalyze rebirth, the Scorpio moon invites us into emotional excavation, shadow work, and radical self-honesty.

For this ceremony, we will be working with the powerful plant ally Mapacho (Sacred Tobacco)—a protector, purifier, and grounding presence that beautifully complements Scorpio’s penetrating energy. When used in ceremony, Tobacco opens a direct line to inner truth and spirit, anchoring us as we move through emotional intensity with strength and clarity.

What Themes to Expect

  • Shadow Illumination & Inner Truths: Scorpio reveals what’s hidden and suppressed, offering us the opportunity to release emotional baggage and reclaim our power

  • Emotional Depth & Rebirth: This moon may stir up deep feelings or old wounds. Rather than resist, we will meet what arises with compassion and curiosity.

  • Grounded Transformation with Tobacco:  Mapacho’s sacred smoke helps us stay grounded and clear as we move through personal and collective release.

How We Will Work with the Scorpio Moon

  • Smoke Blessing with Mapacho or Rapéh/Hapé Cleansing: We will open the space with a cleansing smoke blessing using Mapacho (or another sacred herb if you don’t have access to Tobacco). This act helps clear energy, invite protection, and open the heart to deeper connection.

  • Calling in the Spirit of Mapacho:  Whether through dried leaves, smoke, Rapéh, or silent prayer, we will connect with Tobacco ceremonially and invite his wisdom into our space.

  • Oracle Guidance: We will pull oracle cards as a collective, calling in Tobacco’s clarity to guide us through Scorpio’s waters with insight and trust.

  • Guided Journaling & Speaking Prompts: Through gentle prompts and optional sharing, we will explore themes of transformation, release, and inner truth in community.

  • Release & Rebirth Ritual: Together, we’ll consciously release old patterns and emotions under the full moon’s light, inviting a new cycle of growth and embodiment.

    What to Bring

  • Mapacho (Tobacco), Rapéh, or another herbal smoke (sage, cedar, rosemary, etc.)

  • A lighter or match

  • Oracle or tarot deck (optional)

  • Journal and pen

  • Tea or water to ground after the ceremony

Past Moon Ceremony Testimonials

“Thank you so much, Natalhie, for yesterday’s Full Moon ceremony. I truly enjoyed it and felt so grounded, supported, safe, and nurtured throughout the experience. The card reading was such a fun addition, and everything about the ritual was exactly what I needed at this point in my life. A lot of what you shared deeply resonated with me, and I’m so grateful for the space you hold. I look forward to the next Full Moon ritual!”

  • Liz Romano

“Natalhie has such a warm, gentle presence and her wisdom of the plants was evident in hearing her share her Damiana experiences with the group. Being in community in this way and listening to other participants’ shares also helped me remember and more deeply integrate some of the lessons Damiana brought in for me earlier in the year during dieta. At the end of the ceremony, Natalhie pulled some cards which held very resonant messages for me, as well. It was such a lovely and magical session to spend together with Damiana and the full moon and fellow plant medicine people.”

  • Reagan Nelson

“Thank you for that amazing ceremony. I had not expected to be so deeply moved. The ceremony gave me a profound sense of connection with nature, and I received such deep and insightful guidance from Grandfather Tobacco. For me, that ceremony was honestly life-changing.Thank you.”
